اینجا #بندر_فاو، در جنوبی‌ترین نقطه عراق در ساحل کوتاه ۸۲ km این کشور است. طراح این پروژه بیش از ۶ میلیارد دلاری شرکت ایتالیایی #Impregilo با نام جدید #Webuild در میلان است. پیمانکار این پروژه نیز که از ۲۰۱۰ کلید خورده‌ شرکت کره‌ای #دوو است. اما این همه داستان نیست!

عراق از سرمایه‌گذاری کلان برای توسعه جنوب که بیش از ۹۰٪ در تولید ناخالص داخلی این کشور سهم دارد استقبال کرده چرا که می‌خواهد #فاو را به قطبی اقتصادی-ترانزیتی در خاورمیانه تبدیل کند. با تکمیل این پروژه، بندر جدید فاو بزرگترین بندر خاورمیانه حتی بزرگتر از بندر #جبل‌علی دبی خواهدشد.

بندر فاو با راه‌آهن جنوبی-شمالی
۱۲۰۰ km با قطارهای سریع‌السیر با سرعت ۳۰۰ km/hr برای ترانزیت کالا و مسافر به فیش‌خابور، در استان دهوک در اقلیم کردستان، و سپس به شبکه ریلی ترکیه وصل و از آنجا به اروپا می‌رسد. شرکت ایتالیایی #PEG این مسیر را طراحی و شرکت فرانسوی #Alstom مجری است

هند با #عرب_مد می‌تواند کالاهای خود را از مومبای در ده روز (۴۰٪ صرفه‌جویی زمانی) به پیرائوس برساند. راه‌اندازی راه‌آهن در دست ساخت در کرانه جنوبی خلیج فارس به طول ۲۱۷۷ km و سرمایه‌گذاری کلان (بین ۱۰۰ تا ۲۵۰ میلیارد $) امارات و عربستان بنیان شکل‌گیری این کریدور خواهد‌بود.

Apparently, derailments are very common in the US. On the average, 1700 trains go off the tracks every year!

We only hear about it when really toxic/hazardous materials spill and cause a huge damage.

Justin Lin, Chinese & World Bank Chief Economist, was shocked to find that West had no desire for large-scale projects.

The West is run by bankers & Wall Street types, who focus on minimal expenditure and maximum returns in the shortest time possible.

But development of poor nations require enormous investment in infrastructure. And nobody understands this and has proven this better than China.

There are lots of Indian elites working at the IMF and the World Bank. These people just parrot the Western talking points and do harm to India.

World Bank and IMF also have kept Africa and Latin America down for decades by refusing to help them with infrastructure projects.

۲. ریاض با کمک تل‌آویو سودای راه‌اندازی راه‌آهن از بندر اماراتی فجیره در کرانه دریای عمان تا حیفا در کرانه مدیترانه دارد. در ظاهر، این پروژه نمود ترانزیتی #صلح_ابراهیم است. همکاری چین اما در این طرح نشان‌دهنده اهمیت این مسیر است. صلح ابراهیم در راستای راه دریایی #BRI عمل می‌کند

٣. همکاری نوین چین با عربستان ریشه در #Arab_Policy_Paper مصوب 2016 دارد که منافع چین را در «سیاست 1+2+3» نسبت به اعراب نمایان می‌سازد:

1: انرژی به عنوان هسته همکاری
2: زیرساخت و تجارت به عنوان بال‌های همکاری

Xi Jinping's visit to Saudi Arabia is confirmed for Dec 7. While the US is nervous & angry, Middle East will continue to shift towards China/Asia for many reasons.

Even the ads in #FIFAWorldCup at Qatar reveal the difference between USA and China: Budweiser v. Hisense!

Hisense is the world's #2 household appliance company and makes TV, refrigerators, washing machines etc., which are all quite hi-tech now. Other popular Chinese ad: Vivo (smartphones)

Meanwhile, America has ads for beer and junk food (Coca Cola and McDonald's) in Qatar.

China has real skills and lots of money that it invests in pragmatic ways.

Chinese companies build stadiums, solar farms, 5G networks, entire cities and so on.

Arab countries also receive a lot of FDI from China.
