I have benefited in past from @BloggingHeads, so it is disturbing that the platform was handed over for 90 minutes to an activist pushing misinformation on #Syria, primarily to attack #WhiteHelmets and to deny #ChemicalAttacks.

I have benefited in past from @BloggingHeads, so it is disturbing that the platform was handed over for 90 minutes to an activist pushing misinformation on #Syria, primarily to attack #WhiteHelmets and to deny #ChemicalAttacks.
In 90 minutes, the activist offered almost no reliable information. Instead, he used @BloggingHeads for a series of misrepresentations and sometimes falsehoods.

Clare Daly and Mick Wallace may say they have criticised Assad in Syria, Wallace did after all say in the Dail he is 'far from an exemplary democratic leader'!

1. Daly & Wallace organised for known pro Assad propagandist & associate of Assad family Peter Ford to hold a meeting in Dublin. Ford was outed at that meeting as working for Assad by Vincent Brown. 
2. Daly & Wallace call for lifting of all EU sanctions ‘against Syria’. Most sanctions are vs named individuals for their role in Assad regime war crimes. Sanctions are only peaceful weapon against these mass murderers (inc Asma al Assad, daughter of Peter Ford’s friend)

On 3/21 rebels here killed Maj General Samea Abbas, head of the 102nd Regiment RG. On 3/25 they killed Brig General Qasi Mohammad, commander of the 415th Battalion of the 102nd.

Seems the 415th Battalion was destroyed in this battle as I can’t find any credible references to it after Qasi’s death. 102nd remained in #Aleppo until late 2017 (when deployment reports end).

Was in #EastGhouta today, 25 meters from a battlefront btwn Shifouniyeh & Misraba, areas recently liberated from militants. Western journalists flock to humanitarian corridor in north, but not a single one visited this makeshift chemical lab discovered by the SAA yesterday.
With the US threatening direct attacks on #Syria because of alleged chemical weapons use, and the Russians & Syrians claiming militants are using CWs to provoke a US attack...you would think western journalists would be all over this terrorist-run lab - even if to debunk it.
I couldn't even hazard a guess at what was cooking in this terrorist-run lab in #EastGhouta. This stuff needs to be tested by independent experts, but the int'l community isn't interested. You'd think they'd want a look before Trump starts a war over fake WMDs.
