@aaronjmate Oh gosh @aaronjmate, like your entire briefing, this is incredibly weak. I’ll respond clearly for you with a series of tweets…
@aaronjmate 1) You claimed the IIT “just simply overlooked” the issue of foaming at the mouth. I pointed out this was untrue and provided you with the page number and section of the report. By reading it out said section you proved yourself you had lied in your original intervention
@aaronjmate 2) In trying to defend your lie, you attempt to argue that on the very page of the IIT report that confirms your lie, the IIT cites a scientific source that contains no reference to the word ‘foam’. I’ll explain how this exposes you further…

IITs and IIMs are the biggest scams for success in India 🇮🇳.

Yesterday, one person was demeaning another person here in Odisha, just because he did IIT and now working overseas.

He was bragging like, he has done something great than the person, who was in that debate with him.
(FYI, the other guy is earning better than most IITians).

But just because he had no degree from these two institutions, he was seen as a failure in that discussion.

I was an outsider and had nothing to do with that subject, so I kept myself out of that debate. But I think it
should be discussed in public.

Everytime we talk about startups and celebrate their success in India, we start talking about these Institutions.

But have you ever talked about their failures?

Let’s find out with numbers.

If you add around 16,000 total seats of all #IIT and

Brahmin clout at IITs is ending. At least 30% of the zonal toppers are Baniyas. The ‘Kota Coaching Factory’ is also a Baniya owned phenomenon. Change is welcome. #Sociology #IIT #Caste Thread 🧵⬇️
The IT revolution in its early years was led by the IIT graduates and postgraduates, and most of them were Brahmins. Sociologist Carol Upadhya’s study on the software professionals with 132 respondents in Bengaluru revealed that 48% per of them were Brahmins.
Now things are changing.
If we take the most valuable IT-based startups that took shape in the last few years, most of them have a strong north Indian Baniya engineers/managers footprints.

You graduated from IIT but got offered Rs 6 lakh CTC? Didn’t everyone expect you to get crore plus? Who will pay for your loan?

A story I have wanted to write for years-About IITians tweaking resume, taking coding classes, changing fields but barely getting placed.

@livemint
There are 23 IITs today. About 2 lakh sit for #JEE exams,16k IITians graduate.

But India Inc wants coders, quant, software lot. What about chemical/mechanical? They take extra classes;learn software & move away from their field to bag a job after #IIT

livemint.com/news/india/iit…
A story of two sets of IITs. The older established ones may get more recruiters but also have larger batches to place.

The new #IITs are scampering for recruiters. Some have dialled placement agencies.

@TauseefShahidi thanks for all the help.

Really! Read the truth here👇
Its not Congress who built IITs, AIIMS or IIMs

1- #IIT was the brain child of British Officials - back in 1946 when Sir Jogendra Singh of the Viceroy's Executive Council set up a committee whose task was to consider the creation of Higher
Technical Institutions for post-war industrial development in India. The 22-member committee, headed by Nalini Ranjan Sarkar, recommended the establishment of these institutions in various parts of India, along the lines of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (#MIT),
with affiliated secondary institutions.
2- #Pakistan made a better #nuclear weapon way before us irrespective to who paid for it,its their property,
3- Pakistan had way better roads during the Congress reign in India.. we did not have a single highway where a fighter plane

~India’s 1st #IIT college abroad will come up in UAE. 👏
~ Indian medicine or medical products will now enter UAE market. But what surprises me is the THANDA response from Mallu-media. 😁
Why did i mention MALLU media? Mallu expats are 50% (approx) of the total Indian population in UAE. Recently media-one (mallu channel, pro JeL) was banned by I&B ministry. That shld be the reason for thanda response. 😃 abut great going INDIAN GOVT and UAE. 👏👏👏
Btw posted in the above tweet is the STAMP released to honour the achievements of both the countries— India’s 75th year of independence & UAE’s 50th year. 👍

A #journey to unknown! 🥰✌️

Nobody can help you out
It's only you, who can help yourself
To stay up, to stay motivated, to not fall, and to get up stronger even if you fall
You're the only one to lift yourself up
You're the only one to wipe your tears
As only you know what you're going through
Believe me
It's a journey to make you stronger and better
To help you cross bigger obstacles in future
These things won't even matter few years from now
But for now it does, and I understand the pain
But nobody else will, feel the same as you do
So only you can cure it
By putting a smile on your face
And getting back on track with more /confidence and determination

1/4: Voting on #OPCW Programme & Budget has become common practice, representing difference of opinion on legitimacy of the IIT and - for the some in the 'no' camp - their denial that the Syrian government has used #chemicalweapons. But who votes no and how often? #CSP26
Here we see that P&B was, at least at CSP level, relatively uncontentious, until #OPCW #IIT was established by vote in June '18. In the old days, P&B bartering could be ironed out thru consultations with TS and at EC level. From 2018, voting no is one way to protest. #CSP26
3/4 - So, we have had 4 years of P&B voting: but who has been voting no consistently? The gaudy table below shows there have been 8 SPs consistently voting no: we can assume Syria would be here if they could vote, as would Venezuela, and a handful of others. #OPCW #CSP26

Look at the savarna caste arrogance of Prof Seema Singh IIT Kharagpur who is abusing students & parents of Prep English Course (for SC/ST & PD Candidates). She should be booked under Prevention of Atrocities Act and terminated from her post.

see video instagram.com/p/COGgh3bn64L/…
She openly threatens students with failing them in the course & arrogantly challenges them to complain to Ministry of Women and Child Care & Ministry of SC/ST/Minorites after repeatedly calling them “Bloody Bastards” & "idiots".

She is in complete cognizance of her actions & proclaims immunity from any disciplinary actions & consequences. She knows that savarna dominated IIT administration will protect her from any backlash.

The #IIT just released another fake investigation. This time they swallow the Saraquib, Feb 4, 2018 incident. It starts with pages and pages of useless info to arrive at "it did not explode" but "it exploded and we ignore it."
It goes on with a "chlorine attack" with fake sarin symptoms. In IIT world, you get closer to chlorine and feel sick. (No smell will prevent you from walking right into it.)
In IIT world you get constricted pupils without getting constricted pupils as testified by SAMS.
Next, IIT elaborates on the damage of both cylinders that allegedly where dropped by a helicopter in total darkness and hit soft soil in Nusra's backyard. This is where those cylinders faced a perfectly vertical deformation that left flower-like imprints around the valves...

Time for a very short story !!

Once a 14 year old kid, who used to deliver newspapers, told his family friend that if he doesn't become a millionaire by the age of 30, he'll jump of the tallest building of his city !

Sadly, he didn't become a millionaire by 30 ! 😔

Warren Edward Buffett, also known as the "Oracle of Omaha" is the 4th richest man in the world as I'm writing this.

Born in 1930, in Omaha, USA, he went from being a newspaper delivery boy to the owner of Berkshire Hathaway, a $526 B conglomerate !

My plan for upgradation and expansion of the Indian Railway network:

1. Build about 15,000 km of 200-250 kmph lines to cover the GQ and it's diagonals & link other major cities. About half of this will be by upgrading the existing lines and half as new lines. Total estimated..
...cost: About INR 5.0 lakh crore over a period of 7 to 10 yrs.

2. No more DFCs. Complete the ongoing Eastern and Western DFCs and use them (with some modifications) for carrying freight & slow passenger trains.

3. Drop all ongoing surveys and feasibility studies to build..
... Bullet Train lines. India does not need and will not be able to afford Bullet Train lines for at least next 15 yrs, by when improved technologies like Maglev are likely to be available for speed more than 250 kmph.

This plan also entails:

In the coming days, resolve of the Government of India and Railway Board to upgrade India's rly system to high speed (160-250 kmph) will be tested. Powerful foreign lobbies, which represent the interests of the manufacturers of airplanes and automobiles and the oil companies,....
... have been trying to cripple the railways in India by preventing it from raising speed and line capacity. Their first success came in 2004-06, when the Govt decided to build the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors instead of a 200-250 kmph line which would have...
.... benifited both the passenger and freight transport (both DFCs and 200-250 kmph lines cost the same). Their next success came in 2017, when the Government decided to build the Ahmedabad-Mumbai Bullet Train line instead of the much cheaper and better option of 200-250 kmph..

Nehru did not create IITs. Dr BC Roy, CM of West Bengal, set up first IIT in Cal in 1950; it later moved to Kharagpur. IIT Kharagpur Act came in 1956. Soviet Union set up IIT Powai; US set up IIT Kanpur; Germans set up IIT Madras (all of them with trade surplus and aid).
We learned this in junior school as compulsory GK. I guess General Knowledge is dangerously Right Wing shyt now, so declared by our Left Liberals. What to do? #IIT #Nehru
Just in case @madversity is interested, the idea of setting up Indian institutes of technology took shape in 1946 with Humayun Kabir leading the way and Nalini Ranjan Sarkar Committee preparing a report. Extant records do not mention any role played by Nehru. So.
