12 பேர் கொண்ட கும்பல் அந்த இளைஞரை செருப்புக் காலால் எட்டி உதைக்கின்றனர். நெஞ்சில் ஏறி மிதிக்கின்றனர். வயிற்றில் கற்களால் அடித்து காயப்படுத்துகின்றனர். தரதரவென்று இழுத்துச் சென்று மார்பில் கத்தியால் குத்துகின்றனர். வயிற்றிலும் கத்தி குத்து. அந்த இளைஞர் பரிதாபமாக ரத்தம்..

இந்த சம்பவம் பிற்பகல் 1.30 மணியளவில் நடக்கின்றது. கொல்லப்பட்ட இடம் கரூர், கல்யாண பசுபதி ஈஸ்வரன் கோவில் எதிரில். கோவிலுக்கும் காவல்நிலையத்திற்கும் இடையில் உயிர்போகும் நிலையில் துடிதுடித்து கிடந்தார் 23 வயது ஹரிஹரன்.
