THREAD🧵#DurhamReport: It will take weeks, months, and perhaps even years to fully take in every aspect of the #FBI’s scheme against President Trump.

The most crucial finding concerns the tip that led the FBI to open its investigation. theepochtimes.com/analysis-the-b…

FBI Thread:

I spent a lot of time over the last couple weeks discussing my #corruption book and rehashing recent FBI leadership missteps. Specifically those that set in motion a series of events that could only end with a reckoning of the #FBI.
2/19 It’s a frustrating conversation because I loved my time at the FBI and respect so many who continue to do great work there on behalf of the American people. But these leadership mistakes were obvious and avoidable. What decisions were glaringly obvious mistakes?

“The concerted public campaign to disparage and, ultimately, fire Special Agent #Strzok was enabled by the defendants’ deliberate and unlawful disclosure to the media of texts, intended to be private, from an FBI systems of records, in violation of the Privacy Act, 5 USC § 552a”

#RobertMueller will be testifying before the House Judiciary and Intelligence committees on July 17.

Here are some crucial questions that should be asked when he testifies (Thread 👇). | Article by Jeff Carlson @themarketswork theepochtimes.com/33-key-questio…
1) Did #AttorneyGeneral Barr in any way misrepresent your 448-page report?

#Mueller failed to identify the grand jury info in the #MuellerReport. Barr noted that “it immediately meant that you know it was going to be a period of weeks before we could get the report out.”
2) Who actually wrote Volume I and Volume II of the #MuellerReport?

At this point, it isn’t known with certainty if #Mueller had any hand in writing the report directly, or if he simply served in an oversight capacity.

@JdCowtown @RoscoeBDavis1 @TheLastRefuge2 @JohnWHuber @almostjingo @drawandstrike Prosecutors are required to hand over exculpatory evidence to defendants for a trial. That is any evidence that might show they are innocent or reduce their guilt for sentencing. Pdop waived his right to court ordered discovery by pleading guilty instead of going to trial.
@JdCowtown @RoscoeBDavis1 @TheLastRefuge2 @JohnWHuber @almostjingo @drawandstrike With his sentencing hearing coming up, Mueller's team has to hand over any evidence that might convince the judge to give him a lesser sentence for lying to a federal agent, the crime he plead guilty to. Mueller's team got Pdop's legal team to agree to asking the court to seal it
@JdCowtown @RoscoeBDavis1 @TheLastRefuge2 @JohnWHuber @almostjingo @drawandstrike So Pdop's lawyers are being handed evidence that might show he may be innocent or why the judge should go easy on him. Lack of prior criminal history, getting duped, or as sometimes happens was arrested by a dirty cop. They protective order prohibits them from sharing that info.

1. I found a very interesting bit of information in Footnote 218! It may indicate a direct lead to #Spygate2. It seems Peter Strzok lied to the OIG about allowing a "non-FBI" family member to access his private email where he was doing unauthorized FBI business.
2. Strzok was emailing FBI business to his personal email account. Including information under seal by a federal courts & grand jury information. The OIG notified both DOJ prosecutors about these offenses.
3. When asked about using private email, Strzok said a variety of things that are not true. I’ll break some of this down, but he argued that any use of personal devices/accounts was to get around tech problems with FBI systems. From P. 427 of OIG report.
