3rd gun case: man stopped for minor traffic infraction, has license and insurance. Still, #CPD searches car. Gun in the car but man has FOID. Applied for his CCL but was denied because of a 10 year old juvenile battery offense. Charged with a gun offense and taken to jail.

1_ فيكتوريا
نسبة إلى "فيكتوريا كوليدج"، التي انتقلت من حي الأزاريطة إلى هذه المنطقة عام 1904
2_سيدي جابر
جاءت تسميتها نسبة إلى جابر بن إسحق بن إبراهيم الأنصاري، الذي انتقل إلى الإسكندرية وبنى فيها زاوية أقام فيها حتى وفاته عام 697،

وتحولت الزاوية بعد وفاته إلى مسجد سيدي جابر.

وهو أسم مشتق من الكلمة الإيطالية لإزاريتا أي الكازنتينا حيث كانت مقامة تلك المنطقة للحجر الصحي للقادمين من الشرق.

في عام 1924 جففت بحيرة الحضرة والتي كان أسمها أصلا ملاحة رجب باشا جد السفير حسن رجب وقام بتجفيفها
