Syrian security killed the attackers following a street fight.

ISIS has a presence in #Quneitra.

#Nawa didn’t surrender, Opposition there choose to defend their city despite Russian & Regime attacks, at the end they were able to go to the negotiations with their own conditions. Until now No final deals, all the news talking about a full surrender by the city is 100% wrong

Opposition in #Nawa #Daraa gave the #Russian a new proposal which include: Allowing them to leave the city with their own vehicles & Armory, the proposal got rejected by the Russian and the military campaign restarted, another round of negotiations is set to happen later this day

Talks have been ongoing for the past few days to reach a deal for #Quneitra, similar to that of E. #Daraa.
Leader of Shabab Al-Sunnah Ahmad Al-Awdeh has been regularly talking to Mo 'Clinton' Al-Khatib of Alwiyat Al-Furqan

Certainly, since the negotiations started between Awdeh and #Russia, Khatib diluted his rhetoric from "Do or Die" (21 June) to "No one wants the war to drag along" (1 July). He even defended Awdeh's negotiations with the Russians in #Busra.

Along the same lines, but working on parallel track, UAE-backed Maj. Abu Usama Al-Joulani of #SouthFront HQ (attended the Oct 2017 #Irbid meeting) has been calling his former buddies at the #SRF in #Quneitra trying to sell the #Russia negotiations.(No idea how well/bad that went)

The battle of south Syria will be divide in two parts: the first part (Suweida/east Daraa) will continue without obstacles from players involved (#USA and #Israel).
The 2d part is still observing complications (the one including #ISIS - Jaish Khaled Bin al-Waleed) in #Quneitra.

The first part (Suweida/east Daraa) is aiming to open the #Damascus-#Amman road at Naseeb crossing. This will give a fresh air to the economy of both #Syria and #Jordan. The battle is expected to end in less than 2 months.

On 3/21 rebels here killed Maj General Samea Abbas, head of the 102nd Regiment RG. On 3/25 they killed Brig General Qasi Mohammad, commander of the 415th Battalion of the 102nd.

Seems the 415th Battalion was destroyed in this battle as I can’t find any credible references to it after Qasi’s death. 102nd remained in #Aleppo until late 2017 (when deployment reports end).

Yesterday late afternoon #Russia/n forces took 3 positions in Qusseyr and Juseh and established checkpoints. #Hezbollah, not informed of the Russian presence, came close to these forces and asked their immediate pull out+

Following the direct intervention of President Bashar al-Assad, the Russian force pulled out this morning and avoided any clash with #Hezbollah in the area.

#Hezbollah did not...I repeat, did not pull out one single element from the area.

I spoke to people on the ground: The Russian decision was unclear and considered unwelcome by the forces on the ground. Still, many elements of this move are unclear.
