In 2003, Kamal Kishore Mandal, a resident of Bhagalpur, was forced to take up a job as a night guard in Munger, Bihar, due to financial constraints. Image
A month later, on deputation, Mandal was sent to the Ambedkar Thought and Social Work department (Post Graduate) at the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU). After five years, his post was changed to peon.
Mandal asked the university for permission to continue his education and completed his MA (Ambedkar Thought and Social Work), followed by a PhD in 2019. By then, he had also cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for the lectureship.

One of the very few times I have agreed with a Tory, @Jeremy_Hunt said earlier "Time is of the essence" in relation to those with #infectedblood so @Michael_Ellis1 please hurry up with the suggested interim payment

A friend of ours and his brother, both haemophilliacs received
#infectedblood his brother sadly died a few years later as a result, our friend has survived thanks to medical breakthroughs and with the love of his family he leads as much a normal life as possible, but this life has presented him with many challenges both mentally & physically
but he has miraculously and heroically beaten those challenges and thankfully continues to do so.
So if you are with me, our friend, the survivors and the bereaved families please like, RT and share this tweet so all those affected can at least acheive some sort of "justice"

It's a bubble brewing in quick commerce groceries w swiggy vs zepto vs blinkit vs dunzo and ola & big basket to follow. #grocery #startup

Things that aren't making sense
I understand that quick comm will largely be a metro play. In tier 1 and further, these platforms will adopt an express or same day delivery method. The concept of 10 or 30 min delivery in let's say a Lucknow would never give you a positive unit eco.
My reasoning stems from not having enough density in a Tier 1, 2....to build a dark store and do single order deliveries to these cities. So unless proved wrong, this model would be a metro play.

When Valmiki completed his Ramayana, Narada wasn't impressed. 'It is good, but Hanuman's is better', he said.

'Hanuman has written the Ramayana too!', Valmiki didn't like this at all, and wondered whose Ramayana was better.

So he set out to find Hanuman.

#SaturdayMotivation
In Kadali-vana, grove of plantains, he found Ramayana inscribed on seven broad leaves of a banana tree.

He read it and found it to be perfect. The most exquisite choice of grammar and vocabulary, metre and melody. He couldn't help himself. He started to cry.

#SaturdayThoughts
'Is it so bad?' asked Hanuman
'No, it is so good', said Valmiki
'Then why are you crying?' asked Hanuman.

'Because after reading your Ramayana no one will read my Ramayana,' replied Valmiki.

Hearing this Hanuman simply tore up the seven banana leaves stating

To teach that the filling with the #HolySpirit is given to the #Christian to provide "power for service" is to teach truth, but not the whole #Truth. ..
Power for service is but one effect of the experience, and I do not hesitate to say that it is the least of several effects. It is least for the very reason that it touches service, presumably service to mankind; and contrary to the popular belief, ..

All the fear mongering, gaslighting, evasion, suppression, censorship, failure to report, propaganda, politicizing & coercion has one root:

Profit for Pharma.

Pharma who $ lobbies politicians.

Consider the closing of schools and "social distancing" ---all contribute to weakened immunity and delay of natural herd immunity.

This profits Pharma
The political theater of masking --especially of children, is also benefiting Pharma as an entire generation of children are afflicted with anxiety.

Pharma & the undiscerning doctors who do their bidding, stand at the ready with drugging the children.

A lot of truthers talk about the great reset/NWO, but I haven't seen or heard any plans to stop it. Unfortunately, folks failed to understand they CONTINUE to transfer their powers by CONSENT of the evil they preach about. Transfer power by consent?
#SaturdayThoughts
2)
For example, ignorant voters empower a de facto/totalitarian system that's supports NWO/great reset, perpetual debt & perpetual war, etc.

You wonder why your voice is not heard & you only get privileges that's afforded by your Communist/Socialist dictators that can be taken..
3)
....away at any time via Section 1 of the 14th Amendment.

You wonder why you continue to be oppressed regardless who you vote.

The voting issue of section 2 of the 14th Amendment is truly evil.

A true #SaturdayMorningHustle key to success is not just focusing on the big items, but the small stuff too. Committing to making every aspect of a business process the best it can be is essential to earning and keeping great clients/customers.
Attention to detail (or lack of) will show how serious you take your business, your audience and the process. Don't mess everything up at the point of conversion by letting those small efforts, small cost details slide. Pay attention and show you care. #SaturdayMorningHustle

Drip irrigation is the most efficient water and nutrient delivery system for growing crops. It delivers water and nutrients directly to the plant's roots zone, in the right amounts, at the right time.

#MasculinitySaturday #SaturdayThoughts #SaturdayVibes
Why Drip Irrigation system?

Water is used at maximum optimum level.

As water is applied locally and leaching is reduced, fertilizer/nutrient loss is minimized.

Weeds cannot absorb water as no water is available for them and thus grow in less number

Crop yield is maximum

Fertilizers can be used with high efficiency.

Minimum operating cost

No soil erosion

Soil infiltration capacity is increased.

We all know that Kareena Kapoor is expecting a second child.
We know that Anushka Sharma is expecting her first child.
We also know which actor wear which designer cloth...

But do you know about Cadet Amit Raj?

#SaturdayThoughts
I know your answer and I don't completely blame you for this. We only get to see sh*t irrelevant news but nothing else.

On 7th of Dec, Cadet Amit Raj of Sainik School(Purulia) was at his hometown in Bihar when he heard people shouting at his neighbourhood.

@TheRightster
Went out to see a house was on fire. Without thinking and entered the house to save 3 children who were trapped inside. He sustained 85% of burn by the time he saved the first two children and decided to save the third one.

#SaturdayThoughts: It's Monkey Week for me. We go back to classes right away in the new year, so I usually use the week between Christmas and New Years to get some monkeys off my back that will plague me all next semester if I don't.
2/ Usually involves making sure all my work clothes are clean and ironed, that I have a good backlog of meals in the freezer for the busy nights, etc.
3/ This year, I'll be added redoing my spring courses into HyFlex to accommodate COVID needs. I need a detailed plan for each and to learn a couple of technologies I want to use.

Britain in the 1970s: Raleigh choppers, lumberjack jackets and Findus crispy pancakes for tea. And one magazine really summed up the spirit of '70s Britain for me...

This is the story of Look-In! #SaturdayThoughts
Children's TV reflected the British class system: the BBC was seen as worthy, educational and safe; ITV was considered brash, vulgar and rude. Some strict parents wouldn't even let their children watch the 'commercial' channel!
However by the 1970s ITV children's programmes had really started to hit their stride. And unlike the prim BBC they weren't afraid to be subversive.

Noisy, crazy and often very funny they stated to hoover up viewers...

Beloved, let us love one another for Yahweh is love. This is real love, not that we loved Yahweh, but he loved us & sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins so that we might have eternal life through him. Since Yahweh loved us that much, then we are under obligation to
Love one another. But if someone has this world's good, and sees his brother in need but shows no compassion, how can Yahweh's love be in that person?
Beloved, let us not love in word, neither in tongue, but in deed and in truth. I John 3 & 4.

"The gun is GOOD! The Penis is EVIL!" bellows a huge stone head floating over the Irish countryside. It's quite a strange start to any movie, but it's about to get even stranger...

In honour of Sean Connery I look back at his most fascinating film: Zardoz. #SaturdayThoughts
In 1970 director John Boorman began work on a Lord Of The Rings film for United Artists. It would be an unusual adaption; The Beatles would be the Hobbits and Kabuki theatre would open the movie. Alas the studio said 'No', but the idea of making a fantasy film stuck with Boorman.
So in 1972, following the commercial success of Deliverance, John Boorman started work on Zardoz - a fantasy film into which he would cram many unorthodox ideas. Initially Burt Reynolds was to play the lead role of Zed, but pulled out citing other filming commitments.

A life lessons thread-
One of the greatest advice I've ever gotten in life and career is:

"Be intentional "

Being intentional just means being deliberate and purposeful in the actions we take.
2/5
You see, like most people, I started my career 'freestyling'

The truth is the higher you climb in career the more you realise a key ingredient to success is being intentional. Few people learn this from mentors early on, while others pick this up as they move through life.
3/5
Being intentional means many things:
It means conducting a community engagement project or volunteering a year before you apply for a Chevening award or any scholarship to build your profile and improve your chances ( not forgetting the altruism involved of course)
