Personally for me I trade like to trade bullish continuation patterns like Flags, Ascending Triangle, Rectangles, Penants, Falling Wedge in an already established uptrend.

Beneath every behavior is a feeling. Beneath each feeling are other feelings. Beneath all that is a need. And when that need is met, the ‘problem behavior’ drops away. This is dealing with the cause, not the symptom.

Feelings r multidimensional. Broad examples below. It helps 2 find the connection to the core issue e.g. Am I good/worthy enough?

Anger? may be telling u where you feel powerless.
Anxiety? may be telling u something is out of balance
Fear? may be telling you what you care about

Emotional self-awareness is a key edge.
