It is nothing more than a cynical, political distraction from Jason Kenney's failure to make progress on jobs, the economy, or pipelines.
Much of what is contained in the UCP report is far beyond this governmentās authority or jurisdiction. But having worked in Ottawa for decades, Kenney would know that.
