Oh, it's soon time to log off, so here is my final blurb for the week.

They're some thoughts I find important, and I hope they reach you.

Be kind.

Listen and learn. We all have something to say, but we must also listen to relay our message efficiently. Being an asshole or "serving" someone in a discussion doesn't gain you anything.

Check on that friend you haven't talked to in a while. Where are they now, what are they up to?

Does someone close to you sound or look sad, tired, void of emotion? Ask how they're doing, and listen. Sometimes it only takes one person to help.

We can't carry the weight of the entire world on our shoulders, but sometimes it feels crushing. Write down how you feel, reach out, give a sign. You're not alone.

Sometimes the toxic people around us push us down. If you can, leave. If you can't, ask for help. Leave a toxic work environment if you can, it's not worth it, I know it myself. You deserve better.

And happy #Pride to everyone! You are all important and valid just as you are. We are important and valid. There are people out there like you. You are not alone.

Be kind, but be just. We should not take shit for being kind. We need to try and stand our ground when it's needed. Oftentimes, I can't do it, so I ask for help. Don't be scared of asking for help.

Finland has been good to me, and I am privileged on many things, but still have so much to do on the human rights front.

Trans rights, Sámi rights, refugee rights, better social support, mental health care accessibility. And that's just a glimpse. There's so much more to fight.
