If we knew .07% of what is available for us to know about people, orgs, process, technology, and leadership we would be so far above the average that some would consider us superbeings.
Consider how often, after you've struggled and learned about a thing, you find out it was written up 40 years ago, or 80, or 100, or 2000.
Why don't we know, and how can we learn/teach/share?
Are we too busy?
To stressed?
To disinvolved?
Is it too-well hidden?
Is it too overwhelming to try?
For a thing to be old and well-published makes it no less obscure.
