In #reality there is no such things like Great Team, Great Organization, Great Nations. They only exist in our mind, it is only a consequence.

Only Great #Individuals exists and when they come together, #Team, #Organization and #Nation happen which are extraordinary.

All your efforts to change the consequences (Team, Organization, Nation) directly will be arduous and over exaggerated and in the end it will bring misery to all individuals who participated in the journey

All efforts must go be invested in #Individuals

There are only two ways in which investment will be fruitful
1. Invest in Individual's uniqueness and skills
2. Invest in Individual's consciousness

Investing in an individual's uniqueness and skills will make him an artist of his own dreams. He gets to do what he always wanted to do.
But he will become utterly biased with his own way of working and skills he possesses. He may not survive the change #time and #life brings.

Investing in an individual's consciousness is a slow process initially but exponential afterwards which will give him multidimensional #growth.
He himself will be able to find a balance subjectively between demands of his own interests & ever-changing demands of #time and #life.
