During the last meetings between #Damascus representatives and #Kurds from al-Hasaka, the Kurds no longer requested a federation but centralised governorship. This means the differences are not significant and can be solved, particularly with the US withdrawal & Turkish threat.
The biggest advantage with #USA forces out of al-Tanaf goes 1st to the #Syrian & #Iraqi economy and relief Hashd from keeping a large force in that particular area with the task to prevent #ISIS free movement in the area. Both Iraqi and Syrians r not allowed to come close to Tanf
I would not underestimate the biggest role of the Arab tribes in al-Hasaka and Deir-ezzour. Those fought and are still fighting within the ranks of the Syrian army. With these, the Kurds in the province need to link themselves and establish a strong bond.
#Kurds should stop looking at the #USA or #France for protection. The Christian in the Middle East did that before and were offered to become refugees and leave the land of their ancestors. Turn towards #Syria, not #Israel or #USA or #EU.

Time to re-consider your alliances.
It is most unlikely for #Turkey to attack Manbij in the near future. Talks between Turkey, Russia and Iran should set the forthcoming plan for al-Hasaka #Syria.
