A list of what will actually happen if we stay in the EU, and what has already been agreed. Check it out if you wish: Thread
1: The UK along with all existing members of the EU lose their abstention veto in 2020 as laid down in the Lisbon Treaty when the system changes to that of majority acceptance with no abstentions or veto’s being allowed.

4: The London stock exchange will move 2Frankfurt in 2020 & be integrated into EU stock exchange resulting in a loss of 200,000 plus jobs in UK. (This has already been pre-agreed & is only on a holding pattern due 2 Brexit negotiations
5: The EU Parliament & ECJ become supreme over all legislative bodies of UK.
6: The UK will adopt 100% of whatever the EU Parliament and ECJ lays down without any means of abstention or veto, negating the need for the UK to have the Lords or even the Commons as we know it today.

This is the future the youngsters think we stole from them?
They should be on their knees thanking us for saving them from being turned into Orwellian Serfs!
I will put this #ProjectReality against their #ProjectFear any day.

Without reform, the UK might "face a choice between joining the euro or leaving" the EU, said, Osbourne

bbc.co.uk/news/uk-257404…
EU deal tries 2reassure non-euro countries like UK that they won’t be ganged up on by eurozone countries. There will be a system for non-euro countries to object to laws being passed that might harm them, but it WON'T actually give them a LEGAL OPT-OUT

fullfact.org/europe/explain…
Note: If Brexit is cancelled then A50 is withdrawn - but no new treaties or changes. That means the legal status quo: ie no Euro nor Scheghen. THAT IS TRUE UP UNTIL March 29, 2019!! After that date UK has legally left EU, & cancelling A50 is no longer possible. Also those 1/2
opt-outs vanish as the treaties no longer apply. If Brexit were reversed after 29/3/2019 it would be some re-admitance process which would without a doubt involve joining Euro & adopting Shengan.
Note: Remember this

Without reform, the UK might "face a choice between joining the euro or leaving" the EU, said Osbourne

bbc.co.uk/news/uk-257404…
and add 2 this.. EU deal tries 2reassure non-euro countries like UK that they won’t be ganged up on by eurozone countries, There will be a system for non-euro countries 2object 2laws being passed that might harm them, but it WON'T give us a LEGAL OPT-OUT.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enlargeme…
All EU members which have joined the bloc since the signing of the Maastricht treaty in 1992 are legally obliged to adopt the euro once they meet the criteria, since the terms of their accession treaties make the provisions on the euro binding on them.
If we leave on WA then all treaties stop. May has not got a legal opt out for us joining the Euro or Schengan and bear in mind this is just an agreement (not legal treaty) PRIOR to us negotiating,( no doubt for next 2 years), a trade agreement. 1/2
& remember this-EU deal tries 2reassure non-euro countries like UK that they won’t be ganged up on by eurozone countries. There will be a system 4 non-euro countries 2object 2laws being passed that might harm them, but it WON'T give them a LEGAL OPT-OUT.
fullfact.org/europe/explain…
'Because of the inflexibility inherent in the unanimity requirement, the 2009 Lisbon Treaty provided for the possibility to introduce voting by Qualified Majority for measures under the CFSP without the need for another formal Treaty amendment. 1/3
This so-called ‘passerelle’ clause62 is contained in Article 31(3) of the Treaty on European Union. It allows the European Council, that is to say, EU’s Heads of State & Government, to unanimously adopt a legal decision extending the use of QMV to other areas of the CFSP. 2/3
However, the passerelle cannot be used to remove the unanimity rule for any “decisions having MILITARY or DEFENCE implications”. 3/3
publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201719/cm…
And now it comes to light that ALL treaties stop 2years from notification WITH OR WITHOUT an agreement, consequently, we WILL lose our rebate and have to join Schengan and the Euro if we stay in the EU in any way shape or form!!
EU leak: Sweden has to adopt the euro by 2025
The2principal treaties on which EU is based R Treaty on European Union (TEU; Maastricht Treaty, &Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU; Treaty of Rome. These treaties (plus their attached protocols & declarations) have been altered by amending treaties at 1/2
least once a decade since they each came into force, the latest being the Treaty of Lisbon which came into force in 2009. The Lisbon Treaty also made the Charter of Fundamental Rights legally binding, though it remains a separate document. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treaties_…
publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201719/cm…
Prominent changes included the move from unanimity to qualified majority voting in at least 45 policy areas in the Council of Ministers,

Dear Remoaners thanks for all the aggression & insults over the last few YEARS, however, I still do not want to remain in a United States of Europe. #WTOBrexitNOW
1. I do not want to be ruled by a dictatorship
2. I do not want UK to be part of the failed Euro
3. I do not want UK to have to pay membership to trade
4. I do not want UK restricted in trade by the Customs Union cabal
5. I do not want UK to be part of an EU army
6. I do not want FoM which keeps wages at such a low level many people have their wages subsidised by tax payers via benefits, which goes into Globalists pockets - they should pay a decent wage, not taxpayers

7. I do not want EU bureaucracy adding cost to our products
