I once read Mark Zuckerberg's post where he said he goes to a club to MENTOR young children in his area. He does that every week.

I like to teach, I want to MENTOR the younger generation and that is why I am devising all means and making sure I use all opportunity to impart lives.

I was discussing with the second speaker at one of my speaking engagement of the past, telling him about the research conducted on the moral decadence in our society and what is responsible.

Younger chaps out there, you don't know this terrain very well as such, some people have gone ahead of you, they know a little bit more (it's not a guarantee that they are wiser though).
Go ask for guidance from them so as not to fall into what they fell into.

Finally, your MENTOR is not your lord, he/she won't force you to do anything but will show you the way to walk in, the decision is still yours whether to take their advice or not.
