I have realized that to succeed in this life is not a matter of chance or chances, it is a well thought out plan and strategies that always make it happen.

If you have succeeded in anything yet and you are truthful to yourself, you will see that there are a couple of things that gave for you to achieve that success.

Anyone who jumps up will definitely come down, but if you climb up, you have a support under you.
#Success is a block of processes that culminated into the goal being achieved.

If you think #Success is by chance, then wait for the chance to come so you can be successful as well.
Check out the lives of those who have gotten a modicum of success without a detailed process, you will eventually discover that it was a fluke.

Little wonder you see those that suddenly win a jackpot, of course unexpectedly, they soon become a pauper and the reason is not farfetched... It's their lack of understanding of process.

If you don't understand process, you can't succeed.

See a man that attained something enviable suddenly without a defined process and compare such with someone who's yet to attain #Success but is working on a defined process, the difference will soon be clear.

According to Merriam Webster dictionary, #Success is the fact of getting or achieving wealth, respect, or fame.

Notice the words "getting" and "achieving" ... These words connote a continuous action just to depict the process.

Simply put, a lasting #Success definitely stem from a very defined process that has been executed and repeated over and again.

So friends, don't let anyone deceive you that all you need do is to win that jackpot, if you don't have a good process in place even if you win, you may eventually return back to the same level you were.

I found out that a lot of things we knew have either evolved with new truths or at totally changed now. If you keep up with what you once knew, you may not make the most of the present.

I discovered that those people that do say "You can't teach an old dog a new trick" are mostly those that resist change
If you learned anything in the past, the world is already fast paced, you can't afford to continue with those old tricks hook, line and sinker, you got to get updated in whatever it is so as to remain on top of your game.

For today's #TenThings post, I'm going to talk about PLOTTING YOUR FIRST NOVEL. Sure, it'll apply to later novels, but the perspective will be for someone who has never successfully completed a first draft and wants to plan ahead for success.
As always: YMMV. My way is not the only way. Your journey may be different. I can't teach to outliers. I can only speak to traditional publishing. These are tips that I use--and the actions I took that helped me with my first book. So let's go!
1. If you're writing your first book, you will greatly up your chances of finishing if you do some plotting first. I don't start writing until I know where the book begins, what the inciting incident is, what the main conflict is, what the climax is, and how it ends.

i have observed that prioritization was indispensable! It was lifeline for NaMo. He was in the midst of chaos & his shoulders were burdened with inhuman load. Unthinkable responsibilities. It is clear now that he understood it well before assuming PM office.
