1. Something that had always bugged me when it comes to nutritional "advice" from the experts. They tell you there is no reason to take water soluble vitamins like vit c because any excess is just expelled with your urine.
2. This is just weird thinking for me. They are basically saying you should aim to get less than your needed amount because some will go to waste. Screw that. Let them overflow your bodies needs, I say. Fill it to the top and let the excess just flow on down the drain.
3. To me, at least, it makes much more sense to get a full tank instead of a 3/4ths or a 7/8ths tank. It's not like vit c and other water soluble vits are that expensive. So what if some is wasted? They don't cause global warming and there is no peak vitamin shortage.
4. It seems simple. In which state would you rather have your body, full and bursting with energy giving, body protecting goodness or running at half speed getting fat, sick and lethargic because you don't want to waste something that costs so little? No brainier.
