After enduring Russiagate & being attacked for challenging it, I can't hide my amusement at how its peddlers are moving the goalposts as #MuellerTime nears. Here's the latest line: it's no longer about 2016, but whether Trump is under Russian influence now nbcnews.com/politics/congr…
To no one's surprise, this is being pushed by Adam Schiff and amplified by NBC News. Here's the money quote: "It's more important to know what Trump is NOW than to know what he did in 2016." Huh? Wasn't the whole point of this 2+ year exercise to find out "what he did in 2016"?
Schiff, who has racked up dozens of cable news appearances by peddling the Trump-Russia conspiracy and warning of a threat to Mueller, is now continuing to suggest that Mueller didn't pursue the right lines of inquiry:
Schiff is even willing to cast doubt on Mueller's independence here, suggesting Trump may "been successful in chilling the DOJ" -- i.e. Mueller -- "from looking at his finances." Protecting Mueller has turned into throwing Mueller under the bus.

I'll say it as many times as I need to: Mueller has finished his probe & final report without indicting a single American for conspiring w/ Russia -- aka the "collusion" we heard endlessly about for 2+ years. May those who've (mis)led us to expect otherwise reflect on that fact.
There were also zero indictments of Don Jr. & other participants in the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting, including most crucially, for lying to Congress. Given other perjury cases, you can read that as a de-facto rebuke of this key pillar of the Trump-Russia conspiracy theory.
There are many people -- particularly certain Democratic leaders & cable news hosts -- who will deserve mockery. But the most important task is to get to, as I've noted, all of the crucial issues that Russiagate helps us avoid. thenation.com/article/what-w…

As I've said, I think Russiagate has been awful for "the Left" in the broadest sense. One of the few good things that could result is the further discrediting of the liberal elites who've used Russiagate to avoid the discrediting they should've faced after losing to Trump.

The Evidence Obtained Outside Cameras will not show any evidence of ‘tempering’ but other than license plates of dozens of diplomatic cars (Many with tinted windows-large trunks) with related time stamp, drivers Info, model/year: Nothing.
#Turkish Intel-Investigative Bodies also have the list of all Diplomatic & Private Saudi & “other significant’ Planes in #Turkey for the period of ‘interest.’ Many of the Target airports have their own security cameras & related evidence.
