A great example of this #TRTWorld No One I Know (in the West) has heard about it. No one would want to tune in. Despite millions of dollars pouring into it every month. Ineffective, Not Savvy, not appealing. Boring, unprofessional, one-sided ... pretty much a major failure. Why?
