If you read the Mueller report as a document that was never intended to see the light of day in it's entirety and instead was a document intended to be leaked out piece meal it makes perfect sense. The conclusions had to be included because they had nothing.
But the conclusions were never suppose to be seen. It's a document written in such a way that those that have it in their possession can quote from it and present a totally different view than what the document concludes only if others don't have the document.
It's really an interesting look at how DC uses cover and shadows to craft their narratives.

1 If you listened to the questions asked to Barr you can see the plan that was in motion before Barr took over. The SC team was supposed to write a report with AG sessions being recused he would never see the report. DAG would rubber stamp the report and send it on to congress.
2. The report was supposed to be confidental so it would never have been released to the public until way way after congress squeezed every narrative from it. Even then it might not have been released. Congress would get the report and have hearings on it.
3. The uniparty/dems would spin it to be obstruction no matter what since the report didn't make a "conclusion" like it normally would.

4. At that point they would have either voted for impeachment or gone into the 2020 election waving the cloud over Trump's head.

Correct me if I'm wrong here but isn't the job of the media suppose to be to Report the news. For instance, news makers like AG Barr & the DAG hold a press conference so that the press can get the news straight from the source. At this point the media's job is to report what..
...is said by the news markers to the people so the people can hear the news & make decisions. This is how it is was designed to work. The press is the recorder of the news. However, for some strange reason the media& the Dems think they should get a sneak preview of the news....
...before the news makers even have the press conference so they can "filter" the news &create a narrative not report it straight from the source. They want to do this for the express purpose of telling the people what to think of the news instead of allowing them to draw own...

Okay so strap in for a thread because this is literally my favourite piece of advice and I have strong opinions about this. It boils down to "kill your darlings but also save them for later," but here goes.
Point one: There is no perfect idea. Yes, there are ideas that are more interesting than others. But whether a game ends up being good has so, so, so much to do with the execution. And that comes with production, not pre-production.
The first problem student projects that haven't quiiite learned this yet face is that they spend way, way more on their idea generation and refinement process than they should, brainstorming and talking about brainstorming and holding on for "a better one", or a better version.

Also: No comedian worth their salt would ever accept "over jokes" as a mitigating factor.

That implies jokes are powerless, worthless, impactless.

There are no rules for comedy, as people often point out. And they're right.

Which means the normal rules are in full effect.
If you want to make a joke about a "risky" subject, literally no one can stop you... but you are the one assuming the risk. The consequences are on your head, if there are any. If anyone's hurt, it's your fault. If anyone's angry, it's your job to deal with that.

Time was, people understood that this is what being "edgy" means: you live on the edge. You take risks. If you're on the edge, you might fall! And if you do, you deal with that.

"Comedians" who want to pretend to take risks but not really are the biggest wusses.
