Reading through the redacted report and will comment here and there. First thing I notice is a bunch of redactions related to @wikileaks in the first half of the report - possible indicator of Assange facing future 2016-related charges?

The full paragraph containing the "did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated" phrase definitively concludes that Russia interfered in the 2016 election via hacking and social media ops and that numerous Kremlin/Trump campaign links existed.
"Harm to Ongoing Matter" in the section about Internet Research Agency employees traveling to the US in 2014? Hmmm. . ..
The footnote here appears to acknowledge that as one might expect the IRA is/was not the only entity operating in Russia/aligned with the interests of the Russian government pushing this sort of propaganda.
If you're interested in learning more about the organizational structure of the Internet Research Agency from this document, I hope you speak black rectanglish.
Just as in the Feb 2018 indictment, @TEN_GOP gets mentioned. This won't stop a bunch of people from claiming it was actually an American named "Kevin," because once folks befriend a fake persona, they resist letting go.
IRA operates/operated both human-controlled fake personas and bots. We already knew this, but good to see it in a legal document.
Yes, the Internet Research Agency accounts got attention from and were promoted by folks from the Trump campaign.
It would appear from this section that DNC intrusions were routed through US based computers in AZ (and possibly other places). This presents an inconvenient truth for the "leak not a hack" crowd, whose claims rest on US timezone metadata and transcontinental download speeds.
Really shouldn't have to say this all again, but Assange is not a neutral third party, and neither is @wikileaks. They chose a horse back in summer 2015.
Check out @wikileaks begging Guccifer 2.0 for more material on @HillaryClinton in time for the Democratic convention.
Even with redactions, the report calls bullsh*t on the #SethRich conspiracy theories, and takes both @wikileaks and Assange to task for promoting the theory.
"Russia, if you're listening. . . "

GRU apparently takes requests.
From the section on @GeorgePapa19: Joseph Mifsud's Russian contacts included a former (possibly current at the time) employee of the Internet Research Agency.
Manafort and Kilimnik discussed splitting Donbass off from Ukraine and putting ousted Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych (current in exile in Russia) in charge.
Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer, but what I'm getting out these two pages is "we can't exonerate him because we don't actually think he's even remotely innocent, but we have elected not to charge or accuse a sitting President."
