5. #PIH has been responsible for #Manus refugee & asylum seeker health care, including preventative health care measures, since the new camps were opened at the end of 2017.
Did PIH fulfil their contractual obligations & revaccinate the men against #typhoid when vaccinations due?

I have seen evidence that on 28/10/13 men given the typhoid vaccination form that must be repeated every 2 years. So revaccination was due on 28/10/15, 28/10/17 & next on 28/10/19.
Let's assume vaccinations were done when due on 28/10/15.

7. Someone said the #Manus men were offered #typhoid vaccination in Oct 17. I haven't heard of anyone being vaccinated then.
It would not be a surprised none or only a few were done by date 28/10/17. The men were under threat of forced removal from Lombrum camp on 31/10/17.

8. If most or all men were not revaccinated by #IHMS or #PIH by the due date of 28/10/17, then this would explain why there is now an outbreak of #typhoid amongst the #Manus refugees & asylum seekers - especially given their living conditions.
