or What Did FBI Director Jim Comey Know, And When Did He Know It?

“I’m confident that this process will prove that I never sent nor received any e-mail that was marked classified.”--Hillary Clinton (03/10/15)
2) Amid all the evidence of crimes Hillary Clinton is alleged to have committed is that of a "quid pro quo" between senior State Department officials and FBI agents during Clinton's tenure as Secretary of State. Pres. Obama himself vigorously denied that any such deal took place.
3) However, the truth can be found by carefully reading the entire 100 pages of FD-302 witness statements included in a Friday afternoon FBI document dumping on 10/14/16, a month before the election, when the Clinton campaign was caricaturizing Donald Trump as a sexual predator.
4) Donald Trump deduced the truth even then, and his tweet that day has proven to be amazingly prescient:

"Hillary Clinton should have been prosecuted and should be in jail. Instead she is running for President in what looks like a rigged election." (10/15/16)
5) “We should not think it is fine to find something that ‘should have been classified at the time. Our position is that no such material exists, else it could be said she mishandled classified info.” Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon email to top campaign officials (08/22/15)
6) That would explain why Clinton's Under Secretary of State for Management, Patrick F. Kennedy, pressured four FBI agents in his monomaniacal effort to reclassify one of Hillary Clinton's emails from SECRET/NOFORN to Unclassified (but "privileged," and so not to be made public).
7) Following is a chronological narrative compiled from FD-302 summaries of interviews FBI agents conducted as part of the "Mid-Year Exam" criminal investigation to determine if classified information had been mishandled on Clinton's private, unsecured, unauthorized email server.
8) "(Redacted) believes that State has an agenda which involves minimizing the classified nature of the Clinton emails in order to protect State interests and those of Clinton."
9) "... (redacted) received a call from (redacted) of the International Operations Division (IOD) of the FBI, who “pressured" him to change the classified email to unclassified.
10) "(redacted) indicated he had been contacted by Patrick Kennedy, Under Secretary of State, who asked his assistance in altering the email’s classification in exchange for a 'quid pro quo.'
11) "(redacted) advised that, in exchange for marking the email unclassified, State would reciprocate by allowing the FBI to place more agents in countries where they are presently forbidden.
12) “ … the email of Kennedy’s concern was classified by the FBI Counterterrorism Division and was related to the attacks on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi.
13) "Kennedy told (redacted) the FBI’s classification of the email caused problems for (him) and (he) wanted to classify the document as B(9). (He) further stated the B(9) classification would allow him to 'archive the document in the basement of the DoS, never to be seen again.'
14) "(redacted) was then present during a conference call involving Kennedy and Michael Steinbach (Assistant Director, FBI Counterterrorism Division) in which Kennedy continued to pressure to change the classification ... on the email to unclassified. STEINBACH refused ...
15) "Steinbach advised Kennedy that the FBI would not comment publicly on the matter. The conference call ended and, according to (redacted), the Associated Press published the story within the hour."
16) "Former Secretary of State Clinton appeared before the press shortly thereafter to deny ever having sent classified emails on her private email server."
17) Note: *Patrick Kennedy's name always seemed to crop up when the dirt needed to be covered up during Hillary Clinton's tenure at Foggy Bottom. A wide-ranging investigation conducted in 2013 by the State Dept. Inspector General makes for very interesting reading, indeed.
18) That year, reports and memos prepared by the State OIG reported that U.S. Ambassador to Belgium Howard Gutman, (who had raised $500,000 for President Obama's Presidential campaign), was alleged to have repeatedly solicited minors for sex in Brussels.
19) The OIG also reported that members of Clinton's own security detail also were alleged to have hooked up with prostitutes on numerous occasions. Kennedy also had tried to squelch that OIG report, or at the very least kill any mention of the Ambassador Gutman case.
20) At the time, Nicholas Merrill, a spokesman for Secretary of State Clinton, said she had no prior knowledge about any of the State OIG's investigations.

"We learned of it from the media and don't know anything beyond what's been reported," Merrill said in a written statement.
