.@Lauren_Crowley gives the example of steelworks in Austria where companies planned for the future when beginning the process of automation, and trained any workers who’s jobs were becoming redundant with new skills for different jobs.
Automation can work in the interests of workers if government and business plan and equip for the future, reskill workers and give workers a stronger voice on the future of their workplaces
