9. Translation: As Capitalism& individual rights grew(thanks to USA) the middle class grew. As the middle class grew, it's political power grew. This growth has rearranged all former political bonds in the West & now the middle class holds the most political power.(as of 1850)
10. As can be seen by Marx's own manifesto the communists/Marxist have always viewed the founding of America and it's concept of private property as the problem. They basically want a return to feudalism with them as the new nobility.
