#Austria’s vice-chancellor and leader of the far-right FPO party—Heinz-Christian Strache—RESIGNS after video shows him and FPO’s parliamentary leader promising public contracts to a fake #Russian🇷🇺backer in return for campaign help.

The videos show Strache and FPO’s parliamentary leader (Johann Gudenus) talking to the “niece” of a #Russian🇷🇺oligarch about how she can buy #Austria’s largest tabloid, to which Strache replies that the paper could make staff changes and help the FPO in its election campaign.🤬
Strache, whose party’s 1st leader was a *former SS officer*, suggests partly privatizing #Austria’s public broadcaster to make it state-run propaganda and says (ILLEGAL) political donations should be made through a foundation linked to the FPO in order to escape legal scrutiny.🤬
Now that Strache has resigned, so should FPO’s parliamentary leader, Johann Gudenus, who was #busted on the SAME video.👇🏼
