WaPo is breaking that they've obtained a confidential IRS draft memo contradicting Mnuchin's position @ releasing Trump's tax returns. Interesting.

While this IRS memo contradicts Mnuchin, the problem with it from the perspective of the American people, is that it essentially just TELLS Trump to assert EP and they won't have to be released at all.
