I'd like to know who is responsible for this oppo report on Trump that was purportedly released by the GRU in June 2016.

And I'd like to know if there was a version 2.0 that was done afterwards, because this one is just about criminally negligent.

IMO, internal oppo research has to be thorough and deep, and include not just proven facts but also rumours and unproven suspicions about the opponent, for use in psychologically targeted framing that will impact the opponent themselves and encourage any victims to come forward.
For anyone running for office who is a serial predator (legitimately), the messaging needs to make it patently clear to both the candidate and their survivors that they are not alone.
These documents for internal use need to have psych workups of the candidates' strengths, weaknesses, triggers, etc, on the level of what one would draft up for a hostile foreign leader (like what Merkel has on Trump!)
If this was in a different doc that wasn't released, that would make sense... and if this was thrown together by interns because the DNC didn't consider him a serious threat in 2015, maybe...

But I still want to see the ACTUAL oppo file they were running with, because
But I still want to see the ACTUAL oppo file they were running with, because this is some weak bloody sauce: no primary source interviews with his 'enemies,' no mention of his partnership with Epstein or the long-running rumours of the parties they threw...

seriously negligent.
