Did you know that only about 50 members of Congress have called for impeachment? If you listen to the media you would think that it's a majority calling for it, but the truth is only about 50 (or ~10%) are publicly calling for it. This is a great example of a media bubble.

There are also 31 house seats held by Dems where Trump won their districts. It's highly doubtful those Dems would vote for impeachment unless there is major political pressure placed on them by House leadership. With the Dems only holding 235 seats, getting to 218 is hard.

As seen by the vote to overturn Trump's EO on the border there are only about 13 possible GOP votes in the house. Doubtful many of these would vote for it except Amash. (FYI This is why so much political backlash is falling on Amash right now, the other 12 are being puton notice)

If the GOP holds together that means the Dems at the best have only 204 votes + amash without facing major political costs come election time (actually it's way less). 205 is less than the needed 218.

It would also make it a purely partisan vote increasing the political cost. It has also been stated clearly that it dies in the Senate.

So to recap.

A small minority of Dems are trying to push the dem majority via the fake media to engage in a very costly political stunt that has no chance of changing reality because?

Oh yeah... because 🍊 man is bad.

As I've said before impeachment is off the table..

They needed political cover. They needed a narrative. The Mueller report was suppose to be that narrative/cover. AG Barr and Pres Trump defeated that stratagem. Just like the firing of Comey defeated their stratagem of a palace coup.

This is a political battle so of course the battle never ends. The Dems/ anti-trump forces will come up with another stratagem and Trump will have to defeat them again.

Just know like the attempted coup, the impeachment feint is over.

Sure, the Dems will continue to make noise about impeachment to satisfy their base and to fund raise off the zombies, just like the coup plotters still talk about the Russian collusion but as the days go by they will quietly change the debate to investigations from impeachment.

It's over. Trump won again.

Celebrate the wins as they come. The media wants you demoralized, so they will never tell you of the victory.

It's up to us to acknowledge them and bask in the glow of victory. Now of only there was more lamentations going on.
