This could potentially have knock-on effects on Brexit preparations, because of course Kent is at the tip of the spear when it comes to disruption at the ports and congestion on the roads. So worth keeping an eye on.

And if the original news report is correct, then that represents nearly all of KCC's long-term investments, when you consider their most recent accounts. Seems remarkable they would have concentrated their assets to that extent. Hefty pinch of salt needed!
