"Not acting presidential"?

What comes to mind when "acting presidential" is the topic?

For me, I suppose the grave and touching, but easily scripted and accomplished moments of national sorrow and expiation:
So, GW Bush after 9/11 (but before effing us over with the PATRIOT Act):

And Ronald Reagan, on the tragic explosion of the space shuttle Challenger:

And FDR's war address to the Congress following the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor:

Well, if these are "presidential" moments, and if you're wondering what is NOT presidential, let's turn to that question.
Well, we've got the unpresidential Bill Clinton:
And the unpresidential Barack Obama:
Jimmy Carter, in his "malaise" speech:

There's so many candidate moments. Abraham Lincoln, usurping the power of Congress to suspend writs of habeas corpus. George HW Bush signing tax increase legislation. Bill Clinton roasting living women, children, and men in America. Obama spying on world leaders, on Americans.
Richard Nixon lying about Watergate, betraying our friends in Taiwan.

Woodrow Wilson scamming America into war.

Truman unleashing two atomic bombs.

JFK boffing whichever lady could be arranged.

Obama weaponizing the IRS.
So, if you're up in my grill about Trump being unpresidential, I'm going to call you out.
