Trump is sending troops because Iran is about to violate the agreement that Trump already tore up.
He tore it up because it wasn't cruel enough to be effective.
Iran tried to hold to the agreement anyway, but can't.

It's almost as if the problem Republicans had with the 2015 Iran agreement was that it was effective at preventing war.
