Don't make the mistake of reading the article for the WSJ opinions on their own reporting. Nothing more than editorializing.

Read for the underlying facts.

Of material note is that Barr is going after the falsified/manufactured ICA.
In essence, the ICA - or Intelligence Community Assessment - was Brennan & Clapper.

Some reports say that Strzok helped.

There was no 17 Agency involvement.

Dir Rogers' NSA was the one agency they could not leave out. And Rogers famously disagreed with their "conclusions".
In a 3-5-18 letter to Nunes, Adm. Rogers informed the committee that:

A two-page summary of the dossier was “added” as an “appendix to the ICA draft,” and that consideration of that appendix was “part of the overall ICA review/approval process.”

The joint report contains one significant caveat:

"CIA and FBI have high confidence in this judgment; NSA has only moderate confidence."

NSA Dir Rogers on the ICA: It didn’t have the same level of sourcing and the same level of multiple sources.
