There is nothing Swampier than a Presidential transition & inauguration. Especially to a President where the Swamp creatures don't have a preexisting relationship. Makes them easy prey as they try to buy access to the new President!
Elliot Broidy is one of the biggest Swamp figures in the Republican Party but he paid bribes to the Democratic side too. Got busted bribing NY state officials on a state employees union pension deal. All about the #MoneyLaundering potential of the deal. reuters.com/article/us-new…
Broidy was a major player in both the W. Bush & McCain campaigns. Everyone should have been able to see that this was a trap, I don't know if Broidy knew it was a trap or not. Either way, his presence served to lure Swamp creatures to make deals. mcclatchydc.com/news/politics-…
The investigation of Broidy lead to a DOJ Lawyer assigned to provide support to Congress, Goldman Sachs bankers, #1MDB money launderers, & Michel Pras who was indicted for illegal fundraising that went to both Obama & Hillary.
It also leads to Hollywood where the money was laundered, using the production of The Wolf of Wall Street. That lead to more arrests on July 4th! What does Broidy's wife do for a living? She's a Hollywood executive!
Broidy's wife & daughters also got implicated in the #MoneyLaundering case, so he had plenty of motive to flip. Why were they laundering money? To try & buy access to Trump to get him to shut down the FBI investigation into #1MDB & global #moneylaundering
Why is this important, an FBI corruption investigation in Los Angeles (that may be Broidy, Pras, & friends) is what lead to the FBI opening of a criminal corruption case against the Clinton Foundation in 2016.
The Trump Inaugural honey pot operation also lead to Democratic donors trying to Switch sides to buy access to Trump. Now that all the money they spent buying access to Hillary was going to waste. Oh look, there is FBI asset Michael Cohen handling access!
A couple of interesting things to remember about all of the funny deals that allegedly took place during the transition period:

Now Broidy has sued Mercury Public Affairs (the Republican counterpart to the Podesta Group) for releasing emails to the press to implicate him & the Trump team. Emails allegedly hacked by Qatar & using reporters to set narratives.
The law suit even ties into Kashoogi working as an agent for Qatar while posing as a journalist for the Washington Post. All part of a strategy to influence the US with unregistered foreign agents buying access & PR inside the Swamp! 
This is part of a bigger trend in which Swamp players like Broidy & former Clinton NSA staffer Richard Clarke were providing cybermercenary services to governments across the middle east. Many of the same players who were implicated in #1MDB.
The same #1MD money laundering scandal that Broidy & others tried to convince Trump to block the FBI from investigating. The same case that ties into Tony Blair, John Brennan, Russian oligarchs, Faisal al-Turki & Nawaf Obaid & they connect to Mifsud.
And what did the ringleaders do once Trump won the election? They let his reputation as a wheeler & dealer convince them that they could buy access & get him to provide the same deal. #ButNothingsHappening
