Can confirm that Alexander Hamilton and James Madison exchanged letters in 1787 stating explicitly that Article 2 was intended to hold its power in abeyance until Donald Trump is elected President, at which point it will give him incredible powers like no one's ever seen before.
I seem to have lost the citation for that Madison/Hamilton exchange...but many people are saying that it exists and I believe I saw a meme from the reliable, but very underrated libtards-suck[dot]com that had the full quote.
"Section 4, however, is a very stupid part of Article II that we have some people working on. We'll see what happens with that. But the rest of Article II, and you should really read it, is beautiful, truly beautiful. If it was a woman I'd...well, you know."
