(2) Design: Publishers are pressured to adopt AMP which "tightens Google's grip on the web"

(4) Dollars: Having "cornered" ad serving & dominated ad demand, Google can (and does) effectively set pricing of ads in its favor

@jason_kint @allafrica An additional issue for publishers w/ global reach like @allafrica - @AdSense payout 4 page viewed in #Nigeria, for example, is 1/3 vs USA (the 2 places where we have most users) - even if the Nigerian is wealthy enough to fly caviar from London for an elaborate celebration!
