I want to share 2 mindsets today.
THE MINDSET OF AN EXTRA ORDINARY LEADER
1. Extra Ordinary Leaders build and maintain relationships.
See, the fact that you still have the mind that you want to do it alone means you have not grown #Audacious

A great leader think collaboration, a great leader believes he can do more with extra pairs of hands, so, they ensure they 'build and not use' relationships. #Audacious #Leadership

Extra ordinary leaders know that success can be achieved with people, they know who they need and who needs them.
They are not lone heroes.

The mindset that wants to achieve things alone is because you want to take the accolades alone. You want to be the one who takes the glory. If you have that kind of mindset, you ain't a leader yet. #Audacious #Leadership

Build great team, surround yourself with intelligent people, people that align based on values and beliefs.
Make effort to not just build this relationship, maintain them. #Audacious #Leadership

Don't be a lone hero.
Don't like to always take the accolades or praise alone.
A great leader builds a great team.

2. Extra Ordinary Leaders have an insatiable growth mentality. You cannot be an extraordinary leader if you don't think growth, and one way to grow is continuous improvement through learning. They are voracious readers and learners. #Audacious #Leadership

Easy adaptability to change or changing developments is really important to being an extraordinary leader. Being flexible and dynamic. You can't afford not to read and learn. What you are reading is the experiences and thoughts of others #Learning
