Just to be clear, I don’t ‘hate’ @babylonhealth (hate is emotive & suggests a lack of objectivity). However I do not trust Babylon - & in my opinion - Babylon has not demonstrated the ethical or moral values expected of an #AI #HealthTech corporation.

FEMALE = #PanicAttack.

A 60yr old FEMALE smoker develops Sudden Onset Central Chest Pain & Nausea.

She uses the @babylonhealth Chatbot, which suggests it's a #PanicAttack or #Depression - which can be managed at home.

A 66yr old lady from Suffolk, has recently noticed a firm breast lump & is worried it might be cancer.

She's heard her local MP @MattHancock, singing the praises of @babylonhealth, so turns to their #eHealth Chatbot for advice.

This #BreastLump triage is utterly absurd👇 It's worth highlighting some of issues with this #BreastLump triage, as it flags 'fundamental flaws' within the Babylon system.

Our 66yr old lady is "worried about a breast lump".

The first triage question is "Are you pregnant" 🤔
It also asks about breastfeeding twice 😕
