These were redistributed and, in some cases, resold to supporters of Hun Sen.

On Nov 9, if the number of people who come to welcome me at any place in Cambodia -- without any hindrance from Hun Sen's forces -- is less than 1 million, I will accept to be arrested by Hun Sen's forces and end my political career. #SamRainsy 2/3 But if the number of my supporters reaches or exceeds one million on that day (maybe three times as many in 2013 for my previous return in Phnom Penh after four years in exile), then Hun Sen must immediately step down out of respect for the will of the people. #SamRainsy
