Lawsuit update:

Last week I was diagnosed with longterm PTSD as a result of what Kaiser Permanente did to me.

426 days have passed since I filed suit. Defendants refuse to file an answer. The Court reversed and deprived me of default judgement.

The pain is now too much. I have fought this court battle alone for 426 days against a multi-billion dollar, international, behemoth corporation.

All while carrying the trauma of having been falsely imprisoned and violated by the defendants.
And while being a single father to my daycare-age daughter.

Twitter is actively censoring tweets about civil unrest in St. Petersburg, Russia.

I was issued a “warning” for simply retweeting someone else’s mention of it.

This is dangerous. Twitter is providing aid and comfort to a wartime enemy of the United States of America.

Drag Elon Musk in front of Congress and grill his ass into the fk’ing ground.

He has shown himself to be an agent of foreign powers hostile to the United States, a serial violator of securities and employment law, as well as a general blight on society.
Loot him and lock him up.

If corporations are people, can they marry a single person?
Would that person then be entitled to half the marital assets upon divorce? If corporations are not allowed to marry, then how can you claim they are people?
It would be a horrific denial of basic rights to deny any class of person the right to marry.
But corporations are people, right??

A password “hash” is like a 3-year-old kid at daycare.
She can instantly recognize her own daddy at pickup time.
However, if someone at the daycare asks the 3-year-old what her daddy looks like, the answer is not going to be useful for drawing an accurate sketch of her daddy. Basically, she is the “hash”.

Her daddy is the password.

When her eyes see daddy, she knows it’s him even if she cant verbally describe him in detail to another adult.

I just realized some interesting trivia about the D.A.R.E. program:

Ross Ulbricht and I attended the same public school district in Austin, Texas (he was in the grade above me).
That means I know for a fact that Ross Ulbricht was required to attend and “graduate” from D.A.R.E. Ross is currently serving a double life sentence plus 40 years after being questionably convicted of founding the original Silk Road darkweb marketplace.

I give up. It seems words have no longer have meaning. Everything counts as “AI” now.

Have a website? Congrats, you have an AI website!

Does your phone have autocorrect? Congrats, you have AI on the palm of your hands!

Everything is AI now! The marketers said so. It’s all AI. Sprinkle some AI on that AI.
Home thermostat? Does it turn on when a certain temperature is reached? That’s an AI powered home right there!

When the only tool you have is a hammer, every delusional fever-dream fantasy looks like a nail.

github.com/cisagov/decider In other words-

When the only option is to categorize something as an “adversary”, you’re going to be chasing a lot of phantom enemies and making up wild stories to justify it.

History repeating.
Today’s programmers are not required to reference the binary sequences and punchcard codes which gave rise to “low level” programming languages. Punchcard programmers did not have to know the process of manufacturing paper from plant fibers— yet this was a vital and necessary step when punching holes in paper to feed instructions to early computing boxes.

We are approaching a tumultuous age of education wherein middle school and high school teachers will thrash fiercely against technology.
Because they didn’t have all this algorithmic content-generating tech while they were in school, so they will resent and hate it. It will be analogous to a cycle of abuse— “I had to write five-page research papers from scratch in tenth grade, so you do too!”

It’s sad. I weep for the young minds who wish to embrace progress, yet are flogged and burned at the stake by crusty luddites.

I’m beginning to believe that Putin has decided to perform a slow national suicide as his own health deteriorates to enfeeblement.
He forced 1,090 of his own countrymen to march into a kill zone this past Saturday. Over a thousand conscripted Russian troops dead in one day. Russia is running dry on ammunition and shells. They have no chance of winning in Ukraine. Russia won’t even advance from this point on.

But Putin will continue forcing all Russian men to march into a death trap until there are none left.

He will then smile and remove himself.

Concept:
Mendocino motor + vacuum chamber.

This is approaching a zero-friction, solar-to-kinetic, electric generator prototype.

Currently tweaking design for optimal solid state storage of output. With a little ingenuity, I think it can surpass modern approaches to solar power. The video frame rate doesn’t do it justice— this thing is blazing fast and stable.

It really feels like Mr. Musk is trying his hardest to destroy Twitter just in time for the pieces to be cobbled back together in the run up to 2024 election cycle. If the public sentiment becomes “Twitter is broken and no one cares about it anymore”, then the maga phoenix platform can rise from its ashes with the flick of a switch— and all the dirty tricks from 2016 will work again.

I feel like an old geezer for having to contemplate this, but there’s a “Death Metal garage band” of some sort who seem to have a practice session every weekend down the street from me.

These band practice sessions are very loud and clearly running through amplification devices. This is a problem for me now because I have a toddler. Nap time is very important to both kiddo and parent.

This every-weekend midday death metal screaming and (with guitars blaring behind the vocal screeching) is not conducive to toddler nap time.
There are city ordinances too.

My proposed standard for determining legitimate creation of ‘Artificial Intelligence’:

“The Vickery AI Test”

1. The entire system and device claimed to represent creation of an artificial intelligence must be no larger than the average adult human head.

2. The device must also be immobile, having no external moving parts and no substantial internal moving parts.

Elon Musk is a foreign invader wreaking havoc on domestic US communication infrastructure, the personal lives of skilled US citizen personnel, regulatory bodies which enforce the laws of our nation, and outright killing Americans who fall for his “self-driving car” claims. He is attacking our nation.
