Yes, I got locked out of my account via a Twitter error that ensnared many today. I communicated with Elon’s team and watched as they worked at light speed to correct

Most importantly they RESPONDED to the paying customer & fixed the glitch If you ever had to deal with Twitter 1.0 you’d realize how demoralizing and hopeless this experience can be. No one would even try to help or attempt to care.

Twitter 2.0 is incredible by comparison. Just to have someone respond — much less fix the error quickly.
