I've been thinking about doing this thread for a couple of days. This is mostly for myself so I can go back to it, I don't really expect anybody in this dying hellscape to see it, but I wanted to lay it out here for my own sake. Here's my last few years in news stories: Here's me, just so incredibly naive in late 2016, saying that "fake news" wasn't the problem so much as lack of journalism.
