Wall Street firms are buying failing solar power companies just for their ability to file meaningful complaints with the federal government, then using those complaints for business leverage.

The complaints stopped America's solar market in its tracks.

Here's how:

1/ Koch-linked firm Auxin Solar filed a trade complaint with the Department of Commerce about solar panels, which triggered a mandatory investigation threatening massive tariffs Biden officials don't want.

In the process, I saw a copy of the governor's 4-page enemies list from FDLE.

Miami Police refused to turn it over to me, so I'm suing them to get the record.

1/ Officer Braddy became the first @MiamiPD officer to view DeSantis' enemies list. He came out trying to "protect me from being run over" but it didn't take long until he started trying to push me out of the public sidewalk, a traditional place for free speech activities.
