Christianity was introduced & spread in Africa as not only Western but also European practice. This thread isn’t about doctrines & dogma. It’s history.

Christianity was given a doctrinal character &dogmatic form under the authority of Constantine, the Roman Emperor, in 325CE at the Nicene Council. From that, beliefs& institutional structures were set.

Before that there were various groups or multiple orientations.

1. Bikita Lithium Mine, has been in existence since 1950, currently the biggest lithium producer in Zimbabwe & is owned by China’s Sinomine Resource Group. Acquired it for US$180 million. 2/

2. Arcadia Lithium Mine (near Harare), owned by China’s Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt. Acquired it for US$422 million from Australia’s Prospect Resources. Expected to start producing this year.

It goes to @zinaraZW which then centrally allocates to local authorities to construct, rehabilite & repair roads using an unknown formula. 2/ In terms of the Roads Act of 2001, ZINARA disburses funds to the Road Authorities based on four types of disbursements:
1. routine maintenance,
2. periodic maintenance,
3. emergency, and
4. special project fund.

In the absence of an academic calendar, ATS-affiliated private schools conducted private lessons using online learning since Jan.

The PS didnt acknowledge & appreciate that.

How does conducting private lessons using e-learning & allowing the private schools to have a temporary calendar for 2021 affect the education system?

This story was written to scandalise private schools that have been conducting online lessons since January.

I hope the ministry won’t micromanage the issue as it has been doing.

Since they opened in January, then they shld be allowed to have a 2021 Temporary Academic Calendar.

#AgriculturalProductivity 🔥🔥

1/ From the ZW statistics shown, tobacco&cotton are the only agricultural commodities that are being exported that are in the #Top10ExportGoods (2018).

There is need to consider agricultural productivity commercially as a vibrant economic sector. 2/ From this ir.uz.ac.zw/bitstream/hand… & the book image below, one realises that the Gvt sets producer price for tobacco, cotton, maize, wheat & soyabeans.

Ironically this is a carry over from the UDI (1965-79) statist policies. This is against how the market needs to operate.

Why foreign currency has to be produced in large quantities:
⏩To buy modern technology.
⏩To repair, maintain& refurbish both industrial & public utility equipment.
⏩For foreign investors to get their dividends.
⏩To finance private & public sector foreign debts. Foreign currency is produced by exporters, foreign tourists & diasporan remittances.

Exporters can be from agricultural, mining & manufacturing sectors.

When foreign currency is earned, its deposited into local banks who in turn transfer the currency to the central bank.
