I’m writing this thread to provide advice to Democratic candidates who might be new to using social media for campaigning.
I’m not an expert, and there are probably more official and better material, but I see many candidates who need help and I want to have this ready to share. I invite others to both provide suggestions and to pass it on.
I’m writing it geared to this ap, which is sadly deteriorating. I think the advice is adaptable to wherever a candidate chooses to post.

A few random thoughts on the proposed rail contract.
1. Marty Walsh - Boston gave up our wonderful mayor for the good of the country, and he came though (no shade to Mayor Wu - she is going a great job too) 2. Which Democratic Senator went to the Senate floor yesterday to block Republicans attempt to undermine negotiations? Bernie Sanders. A risky move if negotiations failed & a strike wasn’t averted, but Bernie stood up & expressed confidence in the President’s team. Dems in array.

@harrisonjaime @TheDemocrats There are 22 US House seats with no Democrat running at all - including 2 in PA, 3 in FL, 6 in TX. Neither North or South Dakota has a candidate.
This hurts state wide Governor and Senate candidates.

If you live in Maine, Nevada, North Dakota, South Carolina:
Your primary is on Tuesday, June 14.

Maine
Maine has a Governor’s race, and two House seats - but a single Democrat in each race. The reason Democrats should vote in the Maine primary is the state Senate and House races, where there are some contests.

Good morning Pennsylvanians!
I’ve been looking at PA’s Democratic House candidates’ use of Twitter.
Maybe a good Twitter game doesn’t matter, but I think it is a great fundraising & communication tool.
My objective is to rally PA Democrats to work together to up your Twitterness PA has 17 House seats.
Sadly, there is no Democrat running in PA 13 or PA 14.
Maybe there is a write in candidate in PA 15 - @realrrjrnkins. Ronnie Ray has @ 5000 followers and hasn’t tweeted since May 27. I don’t know if he is in or out. Maybe he will respond!

I am sad to say this, but there is NO DEMOCRAT running against Paul Gosar in AZ 09.
(No one against Debbie Lesko in AZ 08 either.)

There is a call for @SpeakerPelosi to tell us her plan for getting rid of Trump. I don’t think that would be a good idea.
