Think about this for a second. IF Trump only got his previous 240,000 votes that he received in 2016, then he would have lost. Nikki got 298,000 votes very high for an SC primary. It was almost as if some people ran the numbers and decided that ~300k votes would win. Then Trump blew the doors off with his record-setting votes...if one was looking at it in a conspiracy minded fashion, one could possibly say that the anti-trump faction made a faulty assumption based on where they believed Trump's numbers would fall. 🤔 and instead of

People ask if 2020 was rigged, what's to stop them from rigging 2024? Nothing, really. They are already doing it in plan sight with the DOJ& friendly judges, attempts to remove him from the ballot, playing with voting laws, etc. So,some lose hope. However, I look at FL Miami Dade It was a hot bed of fraud for years until one person was removed. Now it's much better, and it only took the removal of one person and a form resolve to change it. The people doing fraud is a small% based on population. If people are resolved to make fair and free elections

The Sackett decision is a prime example of the media lying to you. It's was a 9-0 decision. That means every justice conservative, liberal, maga voted to end the reign of terror of the epa with regards to the waters of the US. All 9 did that. But if you read some of the media ...they want you to believe it was a 5-4 decision and that it was a conservative rewrite of the law. Which isn't the case. The court voted 9-0. They differed on what defines a wetland. With 4 people wanting to keep the "nexus" agreement that justice Kennedy made up out of thin..

Let's leave DeSantis out of this equation. When did we as a people accept that it was okay for our leaders to lie constantly to us and then not have any consequences for those lies? Was it Clinton, and his depends on what "is" is? Or was it before that. I remember Bush saying, "Read my lips no new taxes," then being punished for that lie by not being reelected. But that I think was the last time any major consequences happened to a politician who lied. I mean, that's fine, i guess.

Look, take this for what it is. I try not to be a person who goes around with blinders on. I support President Trump because during his four years, he did more to further the cause of Americaism than any modern president except maybe Reagan. Did he make some mistakes? Sure. Does he bullshit a lot, sure. But on the other hand, he kept his promises to the best of his ability, fighting the good fight. He loves this country, and he doesn't want a "new world order." He wants America to be the best country and its citizens

As you celebrate Earth Day, remember that one of the co-founders of this special day killed his girlfriend and composted her in his closet. Ira Enihorn was the master of ceremonies on that first earth day back in 1970, and though he preached free love& non-violence, he killed... .....his girlfriend in a fit of rage when she left him, stuffed her battered, beaten body into a trunk in his closet& left her to compost for 18 months. It wasn't until her composted remains leaked out of the trunk and through the ceiling of the person living in the apartment

You know, if you believe in evolution, then you believe that humans became the apex species on this world do in large part to adaptability. It was the species that could not adapt to a changing environment that became extinct. So, in evolutionary terms, wanting to stop climate change and not adapt to the changes (if they are occurring) is a ticket to species extinction.

If it is happening, the correct move is to embrace it, adapt to the changes, and overcome whatever negative events occur.

Budweiser, like Disney, is basically dead to me. Your results may vary. They are dead to me, not because of a commercial or who they wanted to sponsor. It's because they have shown themselves to be liars. Their actions actually tell you they hate their customers. They hate the .."fratty," manly beer drinker who is the bedrock of their customer base. They haven't apologized for their actions because they dont think they did anything wrong. They think their customers are wrong. That they are just throwing a hissy fit.

I'm constantly amazed at what humanity was able to accomplish with a bit of spit and a lot of muscle. Stuff that I doubt we could accomplish today without modern heavy equipment, even if we could build around the government regulations. Think about the labor needed to ..build the railways, the Panama canal, build massive bridges, roman roadways, the great wall of China, the Great Lakes canals, dig through mountains, the great pyramids of Egypt, central/south America, the ship building, the mines, the cathedrals, the mosques. And it's not just

A thought experiment.

You have 2 companies. Company A and company B. Both companies make the same exact product. They are both trying to reach the biggest market they can. The only difference is that company A is ESG compliant, and company B told them to stuff it.. So which company will on avg produce a bigger profit?

Well that depends.

Their market share is the same....

Company A has bigger costs because they have to fund their ESG department and follow the ESG regulations to remain in compliance. They also have to "give" to

So just a run down on some things for those who follow my gardening and animal posts.

The chickens are fed a soy free organic feed.

The goats are fed hay in the winter other than that and a mineral block they eat the surrounding flora.

The animals are moved regularly to new ...pasture areas. Goats get to forage in pasture and woods.

Chickens follow the goats to cut down on parasites.

As far as the garden goes. I try to stay organic. It's not a sticking point for me, and I'm sure if some pest infestation occurs that an organic pesticide

Name some great books that Hollywood took a blowtorch too and made into a crappy movie/TV series that failed to follow the book in most ways.
WoT
GOT (last season)
Battlefield earth
The dark tower
A series of unfortunate events
Dune (1984)
Thr Seeker: the dark is rising. The Harry Potter movies were pretty close to the books and looked how well they did. So, too, Peter Jackson's LOTR. So it's clear Hollywood can do a good version, yet they refuse to do it most of the time. I think their egos get in the way, as well as their slanted worldview.

So it's been a minute, ten months, and a couple days tbh, since I gave up caffeine and I feel wonderful. My sleep is much better. Only a few nights of insomnia since last March. Compared to a couple of times a week before. I wake up refreshed and ready to go. Instead of a long ...drawn out process of waking up or falling asleep, it's almost instant now for both. That's the biggest change I've seen, but it's major. Changes your whole outlook on things when you wake up instantly. Seems counter intuitive, but I've found I get more accomplished during the

I think they should half the time of service for every elected person in DC.

House 1 year term
President 2 year term
Senate 3 year term

Things will change when the officials have to face the people every year or two. No more of the house doing everything bad in the off year. No more senators that just won an election changing stripes for 3 years before they flow back into being a rock ribbed dem/rep when they have to think about facing voters again .

No more presidents lying to get elected then doing the opposite for 3 years before lying again.

Starting a raised bed... first have to build it. Done... using 2 8in X 8ft pine and 2 8in X 4 ft pine. I put 2 L brackets at each cornor. I'm not building these to last. The wood will probably rot in 4 or 5 yrs, and it's cheaper to just replace than buy something like cedar. Image Next, I level it and build up some dirt on the outside to help hold it together from any force pushing from inside. This worked fine last year, as you can see from the older bed next to it. Could build it stronger, higher, and have it last for 25 yrs but again, why? Good enough
