Better yet, folk need to give up on trying to change racist White women/men and focus on fighting unconstitutional voter suppression that’s wiping Black folk with good sense off the rolls.
I’ve been saying this #onhere since I joined Twitter 10 years ago. If White liberals don’t get serious about fighting racist voter suppression in the South and all across America, Democrats will continue to underperform where/when it counts the most.
These red/purple state D candidates are going to keep coming up short bc the national party apparatus is too busy trying to accommodate wishy washy unreliable White voters to actually FIGHT voter suppression and give the Black base a shot at a level playing field. It’s surrender.
