I was in studying my #Googleads #Analytics when her call came in. I picked, we exchanged pleasantries and she went straight to the point.

Lordbabajay, how does one create buyer persona? She had a marketing strategy plan to create and the persona mapping was giving her headache.
First, I calmed her nerve and get her some quick guide.

A buyer persona is actually a fictitious document and a projection of who your ideal customer is.

Here are some pointers:

Demographics: Sex, age, location, education and possible income range.
Background: This is based on brief. So an SME brief would have a buyer persona background of CEO, entrepreneur,

Goal: Passion points and aspirations of your TA.

Challenges: Your TA's pain point and why you're handling the brief.
Identifiers: How does your TA get the needed information that your proposal seeks to answer. So an identifier for a manufacturer may be events, trade shows, ... these are where he gets his answers.
She left happy and confident. She shared a picture of her final buyer persona, I pointed some corrections and everyone was happy ever after.
#Lessons: Don't be afraid to ask questions | Share the little you know.

What part of the buyer persona did I miss out because me sef still dey learn.
