[Short Thread] So I just went to drop my car off for a service, then jumped in the courtesy bus to get a lift back home.

The guy looked like he was having a bad day so what did I do?

I told him a few jokes to break the ice, then he started telling me about his son & where he's taking his #career.

His whole mood completely flipped up on it's head as we drove through the city - it was incredible!

So how can you take this into your life? Well..

Instead of always making things about yourself, let OTHERS speak.

Analyse how people think, then give value

See I took the time to listen to him & it literally turned his day around - that's what really makes a difference - just listen to people and let them tell their story 🎉
